What is X6EE?

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. All plans come with a 14-day free trial. You only get charged after the trial ends if you don't cancel. No credit card required to sign up.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime. Changes take effect immediately or at your next billing cycle depending on your action.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital wallets via Stripe. All payments are secure and PCI-DSS compliant.

Billing & Payments
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged on your renewal date each month or year depending on your plan. You'll receive an invoice and confirmation email before each charge.
What if I need an invoice?
Invoices are automatically generated and emailed after each payment. You can also download invoices anytime from your account settings under Billing.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
Yes. Annual subscriptions include a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Many users also save money by bundling multiple services.

How often do you backup my data?
We perform daily automated backups of all customer data and maintain redundant servers across multiple regions. Your data is always safe.
What if I have a technical issue?

Do you have API documentation?
